Our Investment Methodology
Appreciation in Investment Real Estate is mainly attributed to the following factors:

Our methodology tracks population migration, actual and projected county growth, payroll growth, income growth, housing starts and new construction permits. Finally we want to ensure that any units we sell our clients are in areas with strong rental demand.
Our product is usually in preconstruction anywhere from 8 months to 2 years, creating an initial period of hassle free real estate ownership. We strive to identify cities in the early stages of rapid acceleration in at least 2 out of the 4 factors.
Once we have identified the cities that are exhibiting rapid growth characteristics, we interview developers and land owners in the area and select developers that offer the best product at the most reasonable price.
Our package is a turnkey product with all the components of a desirable real estate investment: low down payment purchases in strong rental markets, with rapid population growth and strong income/job creation fundamentals.
